Jerdon specializes in the jobs that are too small for the big companies and too unusual or complicated for the smaller companies. One example of our repeat work with notable clients is the Port of Houston. Since 2010 Jerdon has been awarded 23 jobs with the Port of Houston worth more than $13,500,000.

For example, in 2017 Jerdon constructed the pier and foundation for pedestrian bridge from the Port of Houston Executive Office Building to the Seafarers Center.

In 2016, Jerdon constructed the 2016 Rehabilitation of Pavement and Drainage of Main Entrance at Woodhouse Terminal.

In 2014, Jerdon made 2014 entrance improvements at Industrial Park East.

Additionally, Jerdon completed a new truck office & guard house at Cargo Bay Road at Turning Basin Terminal in 2014 for the Port of Houston.

In 2013, Jerdon completed multiple projects for the Port of Houston, including:

• A new exit gate to Loop 610 from Industrial Park East
• Port Road West Bound bypass at Bayport Terminal
• Dockside offices and restroom at various wharves at turning basin terminal

In 2011, Jerdon converted a temporary building area to a container yard at Bayport Terminal.
